11/2/23: Kinkaid Reed’s Creek Conservancy District will be accepting requests for annual campsites and boat slips at Kinkaid Village Marina only for those who do not have an annual campsite and/or boat slip currently.
If you are interested in an annual camp site and/or boat slip, please EMAIL YOUR REQUEST to Kinkaidannualreserve@gmail.com STARTING NOVEMBER 8th, 12:00 Noon, and include with your request what you are requesting (Covered Slip, Uncovered Slip, or Annual Campsite), your name, contact number, make, model, type, length, and width of camper or boat to be included in the email. Only one (1) request per email, do not submit a request for a campsite and boat slip in the same email and 1 request per household. Requests will be accepted until Feb. 15th, 2024. Sites and slips will be filled as they come available and in the order that we receive the email requests.
3/7/23: Lottery Drawing Announcement: Kinkaid Village Marina will hold the Lottery Drawing for available Campsites and Boat slips on Wednesday March 15th, 2023 inside the Kinkaid Marina Restaurant area. This drawing is for those individuals who previously sent in their submission to kinkaidannualreserve.com by March 1st, 2023. The Campsite Lottery Drawing will be held at 9:00 A.M. and the Boat Slip Lottery Drawing will be at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday March 15th, 2023. The Drawing is open to the public to attend. Anyone who is drawn for a Site/Slip and not present will be called immediately and given the option of taking the Site/Slip or passing. If you choose to pass, your submission will go into the New Waiting list in the order of which they were drawn. We will give the non-present individual 24 hours to complete the Lease agreement and send in the required documentation. The Individuals drawn for a particular Campsite or Boat slip will be given a Lease agreement that day to complete. In order to secure the Site/Slip, you must provide Full Payment, along with Proof of Insurance and Registration to be kept on file in the Marina Office.

2/24/23: The Kinkaid-Reed's Creek Conservancy District is seeking applicants to fill a vacant, permanent part-time secretarial position at Kinkaid Village Marina.
2/20/23: The Kinkaid Reed's Creek Conservancy District is looking for someone with bar/restaurant experience to manage the concession for the facility at the Kinkaid Lake Marina. Facility rental is $500 per month plus utilities. For further information, please contact Scott Wilmouth at the District office 618-687-1722.

Any requests for a covered boat slip that are not drawn during the covered boat slip lottery will be placed into the uncovered boat slip lottery drawing. The lottery drawings will be held after March 1, 2023. The date of the lottery drawings will be announced at a later time.
